Inspections
FIRE EXTINGUISHER INPECTIONS:
EMERGENCY LIGHTING TESTING & INSPECTIONS:
Annual inspection and re-certification of all emergency lighting systems including repairs and or replacement. As per NFPA 101 and local requirements.
FIRE ALARM INSPECTION & TESTING:
Annual, monthly testing, and inspection on all fire alarm systems, includes testing all related devices, including in-suite testing. Full ASTTBC reports supplied afterwards. As per NFPA 72 and local requirements.
We also offer full upgrades and installation of fire alarm systems and devices.
SPRINKLER SYSTEMS:
Annual, Monthly, Quarterly inspections on all sprinkler systems including full internal pipe inspections, flushing and winterizing where applicable. As per NFPA 25 and local requirements.
We also offer upgrades and installation of sprinkler systems.
FIRE HYDRANTS:
Annual and semi-annual service and inspection on all private fire hydrants including full teardown, flushing, repairs and commissioning. As per NFPA 25 and local requirements.
BACK-FLOW TESTING:
Annual testing of all backflow devices including repairs and replacement as per BCWWA and municipality requirements. Reports sent to corresponding municipalities as required.
HOSES:
Annual testing as well as hydro-testing and or replacement of all fire hoses. As per NFPA 1962 and local requirements.
FIRE PUMPS:
Annual, monthly testing and repairs of all fire pumps. As per NFPA 25 and local requirements. Repairs and maintenance.
SPECIAL SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS:
Annual, semi-annual and monthly service/testing of all pre-engineered and custom engineered suppression systems including Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression Systems, Clean Agent Systems and Industrial Systems. As per NFPA 17A and local requirements. Including repairs and installations of all Special Suppression Systems.
INTERNAL PIPE INSPECTIONS:
5 year internal sprinkler pipe inspections. Performed by internally inspecting different areas of the sprinkler system. We also use a scope with a camera to aid in the internal inspections. A report and these pictures are provided after this service.
